On a fully funded PPA, yes — £0 capital. We fund, own and maintain the system; you buy the solar power at a rate below the grid and save from day one.
Will installation disrupt my trade?
No. We schedule around opening hours and most installs take a few days. The bar keeps running.
Can you put solar on a listed pub?
Often, yes. Many listed and conservation-area pubs can have discreet or rear-roof panels. We manage the planning and listed-building consent.
How much could I save?
Many pubs significantly cut daytime electricity costs — the funded rate is often around half the grid rate. Your exact saving depends on daytime usage; we confirm it at survey.
What about maintenance?
On a PPA it's fully included. If you buy outright we offer monitoring and servicing plans to keep performance up.
Do I get paid for extra power?
Yes — the Smart Export Guarantee pays you for surplus solar exported to the grid. We set this up at handover.
What happens at the end of a PPA?
You'll typically have options to extend, buy the system at a reduced value, or have it removed. It's all set out before you sign.
