When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, pub/business name, postcode, email, phone, optional annual spend band and any message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a survey.
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a request for a quote.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with team members and trusted partners needed to deliver your survey. We keep it only as long as necessary.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@solarforpubs.co.uk. You may also complain to the ICO.
